FAQ
What can I expect?
Expect to form a partnership with a knowledgeable physiotherapist who is committed to helping you achieve your goals in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. By listening carefully to your needs during your one-on-one appointment, your therapist will custom-create a plan for sustainable success.
At your initial assessment, if you have not already done so, you will be given certain forms to complete. You and your physiotherapist will then spend approximately 1 hour together to discuss, examine, assess in detail and treat your area(s) of concern. Please dress so as to provide easy access to the affected area.
At follow-up appointments, treatments generally vary from 30 to 60 minutes in length and include re-evaluations and appropriate progression of the treatment plan.
